Behind the elected trade mark are Iris and Rene Rosin who share a passion for dogs. A few years ago, Iris and Rene turned their love of dogs into their own source of income, setting up a dog hotel called Väike Rosin in their home next to Viljandi.
"Like many parents of young children, we started to think about how to organize our lives so that we can spend more time with our children," explains Iris Rosin, a mother of two toddlers, explaining the reasons behind the birth of their family business. "We have both lived with dogs since we were children and later worked with dogs, so we decided to try the dog care service. At first, we set the limit to three dogs at a time. Rather quickly, however, we realized that this is truly what we want to do, and we forgot about the three dog restriction," Rosin answers the question of why they decided to provide the dog care service.
As the number of customers grew rapidly and competition in the field is intense, it was decided - in order to secure their rights - to register both the name of the hotel Väike Rosin and the logo as a trade mark at the Patent Office. According to Rosin, it was quite easy to create the trade mark, all the elements fell into place as if by themselves: "Rosin, of course, is because it is our last name. "Väike ("Little") somehow came up on its own, and together, it sounds like something very cute and nice, we think." The dog logo was purchased from a logo generator page.
