A booklet on the opposition of trade mark and design rights has been published

It is possible to oppose the legal protection or non-registration of an Estonian or European Union (EU) trade mark or industrial design. In Estonia, such disputes are solved by the Industrial Property Board of Appeal, in the EU by the respective departments of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and by the Boards of Appeal.
