E-applications concerning legal protection of trade marks and industrial designs, renewal, changes in the data and transfer of rights and ownership can be filed with the Estonian Patent Office via the portal of e-services.
Moreover it is possible to file electronic revocation applications of trade marks to the Industrial Property Board of Appeal in this portal.
Through the portal, you can submit an international e-application under the Madrid Protocol, provided that you already have an Estonian national application or registration for the same trade mark.

Each month, the Patent Office recognises an Estonian entrepreneur for creating and registering a particularly outstanding trade mark. In September, the newly registered trade mark of Sepalöövi Co, a family-owned company operating near Viljandi, was the Väike Rosin ("Small Raisin") dog hotel.
The Estonian Patent Office has chosen a trade mark of the month since the start of 2022. By doing this, we hope to draw attention to excellent, distinctive trade marks and inspire business owners to protect their intellectual property.
