EUIPO's Boards of Appeal – appeal proceedings and recent case law on trade marks and designs
Patendiamet ja Justiitsministeerium koostöös Euroopa Liidu Intellektuaalomandi Ameti apellatsioonikojaga (EUIPO’s Boards of Appeal) korraldavad seminari "EUIPO’s Boards of Appeal – appeal proceedings and recent case law on trade marks and designs".
Seminaril antakse ülevaade EUIPO apellatsioonikoja teenustest, vaidlustuste menetlemisest ning kaubamärkide ja disainilahenduste vaidluste viimastest olulisematest lahenditest.
Seminarile on oodatud patendivolinikud, tööstusomandi apellatsioonikomisjoni liikmed, kohtunikud ning teised intellektuaalomandi valdkonna spetsialistid. Seminar toimub inglise keeles.
