The text on the application form should be typed using the prescribed form. Application should be filed in Estonian. The applicants of the foreign states shall arrange matters concerning the registration through a patent attorney in Estonia.
Digitally signed application can not be submitted by e-mail, because the portal of electronic filing of applications should be used for electronic filing.
