Collection Part II is a sequel to Law Cases of the European Court: Trademark Disputes Part I published in 2011.
The collection reflects the newest decisions of the European Court concerning the rights and obligations, where the Court reacts to the reference for a preliminary ruling filed by the national court.
The decisions given in the collection are on the one hand guidelines for interpretation of the Trademark Directive in national courts and on the other hand these enable the trademark owners to get an overview about how the disputes between the trademark owner and the infringer of the rights have been solved in practice.
The collection is available free of charge both in the Receiving Department of the Estonian Patent Office and the Patent Information Centre.
