The law cases of the European Court of Justice and the General Court reflect the disputes on registered and unregistered Community design cases. The collection comprises four decisions of the European Court and three decisions of the General Court concerning the principles provided for solution of the Community design disputes by the court. The collection is meant primarily for the applicant and the owner interested in the principles on which solution of the disputes found by the court are based on.
The collection is available free of charge both in the Receiving Department of the Estonian Patent Office, on the web page of the Estonian Patent Office and as an e-book in epub-format.
