Database of Trademarks

The database contains information on trademarks registered, on trademark registration applications filed in the Republic of Estonia since 1 October 1992 and on international registrations to the extend specified in the Trade Mark Act. International registration means trade marks registered in the international register under the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks for which legal protection is being applied or which have been granted legal protection in the Republic of Estonia.

Information on trademark registration applications is presented as filed by the applicants.

Search in the database is free. The user needs a browser supporting JavaScript (Netscape 4.08, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or more recent versions).

The information is updated weekly. An image may be missing from the displayed data of the applications received during the last month.

The database is informative and does not have legal effect. Search results do not ensure the protectability of trademarks and are not binding on the Estonian Patent Office in processing the trademarks. For specifying the data and getting duplicates or print-outs from the Register of Trade- and Service marks please contact the Receiving Department of the Estonian Patent Office.
