Application forms should be filed on the prescribed form.

Registration application should be filed with the Receiving Department of the Estonian Patent Office.

Registration form should be filed with the Patent Office directly, by post or by fax. If it is filed by fax the original documents should be submitted within 1 month from the receipt of the fax. The text of application forms should be typed.

The applicants of the foreign states shall arrange matters concerning the registration through a patent attorney in Estonia. Applications should be filed in Estonian.

PDF reader is needed to view and print out the forms in PDF format, for example Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader. Foxit Reader can be used for saving the filled in forms on the display. Both programmes are free.
