Application forms should be filed on the prescribed form.

Registration application should be filed with the Receiving Department of the Estonian Patent Office.

Registration form should be filed with the Patent Office directly, by post or by fax. If it is filed by fax the original documents should be submitted within 1 month from the receipt of the fax. The text of application forms should be typed.

The applicants of the foreign states shall arrange matters concerning the registration of trademarks through a patent attorney in Estonia. Applications should be filed in Estonian.
