Individual Fees under the Madrid ProtocolThe individual fees under the Madrid Protocol are payable in place of complementary fees when the Contracting Parties are designated under the Protocol (see Schedule of Fees under the Common Regulations under the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks and the Protocol Relating to that Agreement, items 2.4, 3.4, 5.3 and 6.4).
