Portal of electronic filing of applications for legal protection of industrial property

Trademark applications, patent applications, utility model applications, applications for validation of a European patent and industrial design applications can be filed via an electronic portal. Besides, applications filed earlier in the portal can also be viewed.

Now only a resident, who has an Estonian ID card can enter the portal. Residents, who do not have an Estonian ID card and foreigners can use the portal with the assistance of an Estonian patent attorney representing them. The working language of the portal is Estonian.

The portal can be logged in via the link on the top of the page by using the Estonian ID card.
